Niacin assists in HGH release

GenF20 works well if you combine it with the uptake of a few other nutrients that have HGH inducing effects. Among these are the vitamin B3 (niacin).

  • Niacin or vitamin B3 – Niacin increases the growth hormone levels, especially if taken in its most potent form -xanthinol nicotinate. However, you can safely consume standard pharmacy purchased niacin and it will still work in conjunction with GenF20 to cause a raise in the levels of growth hormones, provided you take it on an empty stomach and are not obese, since obesity is one of the hindrances to efficient HGH release.
  • Try starting on a small dose, and work your way up, because too much sudden niacin intake may cause an effect known as flushing (which is harmless). Niacin itself is a water soluble vitamin and does no harm to the body, provided you don’t take a mega dose. Niacin works better if taken alongside arginine or better still, with the complete proprietary amino acid formula which GenF20 provides.

GenF20 HGH program for maximum results

You could take GenF20 and still see results, but if you want to see much more knockout results, you should seriously consider – weight resistance training or at least harder exercise like calisthenics.

But why weight resistance training after all? Won’t any exercise just do it? The short answer to this is that HGH is released as short bursts during intense exercise, especially if your muscles reach the point of fatigue, also called the lactate threshold. Heavy exercise will stimulate the release of endorphins, very often called the “runner’s high”, that accompanies a good workout; the type of feeling most anyone who exercises with any intensity would be familiar with.

Studies show that endorphins cause a short term boost to HGH levels as well as being a great stress reliever. The tipping point of endorphin release is only achieved when the exercise intensity is at least moderate to intense. The muscles need to be sufficiently stressed to the point of exhaustion, when they use up the stored glycogen within them and run only on oxygen

Exercise at such intensity is also a good way to build muscle, breaking the muscles down a little after each workout and then combined with good nutrition and GenF20, will build them up to a greater state than they were previously! This is the whole basis of body building; muscles only get built when they have been subjected to stress. I won’t be getting into documenting all the great benefits of exercise, but suffice to say, regular moderate-to-intense exercise combined with GenF20 Plus is just about the best way to raise your HGH levels and stay as young as you possibly can.

P.S: If you’re obese or have any history of heart trouble, do consult your physician first, before you attempt anything strenuous. It is always best practice to start low and work your way up gradually.

Fasting is highly effective in raising HGH levels if done right. Tests conducted on lab mice have shown that regular caloric restriction actually prolongs their lifespan compared to those that had everything to eat. Fasting puts the body in a survival mode, and induces the body to release HGH to give it added strength to ride out the induced “stress” from fasting.

Fasting might not be for everyone

Fasting might not be for everyone, but if you’re in OK shape and you can summon the discipline, fasting one day (24 hours) in a week or two weeks will not harm your body, and will drop your insulin levels way bottom.

Conversely, your HGH levels will rise; don’t forget to take your GenF20 while fasting! It’s a double fisted approach.

Here are a few guidelines, always consult your doctor when in doubt:

  • Fast on a day, when your physical activity is lowest, preferably a weekend.
  • Lay off heavy foodstuff like meats and dairy products a day before fasting. Go with fruits and vegetables.
  • Drink a lot of plain water while fasting, but not fruit juice.
  • Don’t engage in heavy activity, but a light workout is alright.
  • Break your fast with light food, fruits are ideal.

Regular fasting is a good practice because it helps the body detoxify, cleanses the bowels, and rests the body as well. Combined with GenF20 Plus, you’re on your way to much improved vitality and stamina while sheding off those unwanted pounds and years!
