Stefano Savino was handpicked by Giuseppe Sena to create his newest Sena family restaurant, Le Castagne.

Chef Stefano brings sophisticated Northern Italian cuisine to the city from his hometown of Brescia and neighboring Milan. This environment allowed Chef Stefano to perfect a menu that combines a creative and sophisticated approach to traditional dishes.

Prior to his arrival in America to oversee Le Castagne, Chef Stefano served as executive chef in numerous restaurants in his native Italy as well as Spain.
